Design lives in the world. People use designs as part of their everyday lives. This means I have a responsibility with regards to how and what I design. For me, an aspect of this responsibility is supporting the active involvement and participation of ‘users’ (people, stakeholders, and anyone impacted by the design) in the design process. As designer and developer, it is my role to facilitate their involvement, support participants to imagine, express and access their experiences and expectations so that they can actively and effectively participate in the design process, and make these experiences a reality.
I design interfaces & craft user experiences for the web that help connect businesses with their communities.
I develop interfaces that seek to enhance the way people create, connect, discover, and interact with information on the web.
I focus on crafting solutions that balance practicality and creativity. I deliver results that are user-focused and beautiful.
